Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Bargain Rani platform. These terms govern your access to and use of our marketplace, bargaining engine, and all related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bargain Rani ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bargain Rani Pvt. Ltd.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Minors may use the Platform only under parental or guardian supervision.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register an account using a valid Indian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@bargainrani.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Bargaining & Transactions
The Bargain Rani platform facilitates live price negotiations between buyers and sellers. All accepted offers create a binding purchase obligation. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Bargain Rani acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and is not party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; (b) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to circumvent the identity-masking or safety systems; (d) engage in price manipulation or coordinated bargaining abuse; (e) scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without written permission.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Bargain Rani's Price-Fairness Guarantee provides automatic refunds within 24 hours of a price drop. All refund timelines are subject to payment gateway processing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, design, text, and software — is the property of Bargain Rani Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Bargain Rani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the transaction amount in dispute.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via in-app notification and email. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
